#3
I hoped to have some wonderful ultra sound pictures to announce the arrival of a new baby boy to our little family, however the little baby decided not to cooperate. First, SURPRISE we are having another baby! Baby #3!! We are really excited. We are 21 weeks along due May 1st. Our ultra sound was on Thursday, I was hoping boy, maybe a little too much and Eric only wants girls now. (he fears he won't know how to love or handle a boy in the right way to create a masculine man...) With both our wishes in the balance we headed in. The baby was beautiful and we had a great little view of some very luscious lips (pro for girl). The hands, feet and profile were all incredible. We continued to look down under but the STINKER had its little thighs tightly pressed together, revealing nothing. We continued on and finally that was all that was left to determine. The little one was not wanting to cooperate. Those little thighs didn't move. We tried everything, including: jogging, jumping jacks, shaking, running in place, bouncing, laying on my back and both sides! The end result...the little thighs went from tightly sealed to crossed. So all in all, we have a healthy beautiful SOMETHING! but still healthy and beautiful. Eric is sure it is a modest girl. I am sure he is a tease just like his dad.

Sadie Jane
Sadie is now entering my very favorite stage. I love each of them; all the cuddling at the very beginning, the giggling that comes next, the speed crawling, the loving dad more than mom then back again, and the now. She is so happy and funny. She loves to put anything she can find on, this gives me some fear with her teenage years, but we have some time. She loves to give kisses, and begins by pressing her little lips together and saying, "mmmmmmmm...ma" right when she plants one on you. She adores Ruthie and no one can make her laugh more. She will follow her all around just laughing and loving life. She is an incredible dancer and loves music. She brings so much joy to each of my days. She knows right when I need a little snuggle and is never shy about giving it. In an age when you would think it impossible to even know how to think about others, she does. She always shares with her sister and gives her mom and dad loves. She is divine and a true gift to our home. We love you little Sadie, just stay this way forever!!
