Last of Summer Catch Up

Ruthie and Dad had their first fishing adventure this summer. She caught the WHOPPER of the lake. She held the pole and reeled it in all by herself. Daddy was all too proud.
We spent many a day at the SWINGING at the park.
Ruth and Sadie have become little pals. Ruthie can make Sadie LAUGH louder than Eric or me.
Sadie celebrated her first BIRTHDAY this summer. The cake was a hit!

And so it begins...

The other day the girls and I dropped Eric off at work. When he got out of the car Ruthie said, "Daddy has such a cute bummy."
"I know, I love his bummy too." I replied
We proceeded to drive down the road where a younger man was crossing the road. As Ruthie looked out the window she said, "He has a cute bummy too."

To Anyone Who Still Views This Blog

SURPRISE! I am posting. We just got internet in our apartment, so hopefully I will become the blogger each of you, especially my family, would like me to be. For my first re-entry we will let most of the pictures do the talking. The girls are getting bigger and cuter each day. Hope you enjoy!

Tribute to Potty Training

We are just about to pass another milestone. I must say I have laughed, cried, washed far too many loads of smelly panties, and bought way too many gummy bears. However, everytime she goes #2 I say a little prayer of thanksgiving that I didn't have to change that one. Hooray.

That's right Ruthie Baby, you did it!!!

December and January Re-Cap

Back By Demand- The Nelson Family

Decmber and January came and went. The girls are growing so quickly and mom and dad are loving it. December brought snow. Ruthie and Eric loved every minute, they were out playing and sledding a few days a week. I was bundled inside with my Sadie. Chirstmas was incredible. Santa knew just what to bring. It was one of my favorite, just the four of us snuggled at home. January was great. It came quick with lots more snow. Have fun, pictures don't get much cuter than these.

Ruthie's first Snowman...assisted by dad.
I was finding hidden ornaments all over the house the whole month of December.

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree.

Our Christmas Eve buffet...what a feast.

This was Ruthie's face after a knock on the door on Christmas Eve...she was expecting someone.

Our baby Jesus.

What can I say???

Our shepard. (She ran from room to room yelling, "I'm running to the baby Jesus!")

The Christmas jammies mama, I mean Santa made.

Once again...what can I say???
